1. You can easily set up an account online and complete all initial paperwork.
2. You can simply email a copy of your insurance card and drivers license.
3. Virtually anything you talk about on the first visit can be helpful in helping me to learn more about
your thoughts and feelings.
4. If you are not sure what to talk about on the first visit, don't worry. I can ask questions to help you
get started.
5. The things you talk about in therapy are confidential. I do not share your information with anyone
else.
